Good evening guy's :), already remove the central radio operator panel? , I must deposit it to put new bellows leather around the gear shift lever! I removed the 2 screw compartment ashtray, but, I cannot remove it, forgotten an operation?

If i have understood your post correctly then here goes.
There are two screws behind the clock
There are two screws behind the ashtray(which you have found)
There is one screw at the back of the console(just in front of the armrest/centre glove box)but you need to take out the arm rest/glove box to get to it.
Open up the glove box and remove the bottom plate(there is a small grove at one end) you will then see 4 screws.After removing the screws the arm rest/glove box will pull straight out.Then you will have access to the last screw.
There are also two clips that need to be released under the vents as shown in the photo below.You will need to use feeler gauges for this(see photo)
