Just about to start a Manual transmission oil change, I got 3liters of Honda MTF oil, is that enough??

I can't actually remember the correct amount off te top of my head but I think it's something like 3.5L.

2.7 l on a 5MT. Just fill it up until it starts to poor out of the filling hole.

When it starts to run out, do you you let it run till it stops and the level is below the fill hole? or just while do you try and pop the plug back in while its running out?

Over here in the states Honda started selling an updated MTF with a white cap several months ago that is much better than the usual stuff with the red cap. It takes some of the notchyness out of the shifting and is a Honda product so it doesn't affect the warrenty if you still have one, and it works.
