Sill plate numbers?

Guys, I am sure the numbers correspond to something, but what? The long string of numbers in the sill protector plate....any ideas please?

According to the workshop manual a typical number may be JH4 NA1 15 MT 00001. Made up as follows:

JH4 Honda Motor Co
NA1 NSX
15 Manual (25 = Auto)
M Year (1991)
T Toguchi Factory
00001 Serial number

I checked the car and the sill plate only has the last section of the VIN number. In my case it is T000809 meaning the 809th NSX produced at the Toguchi factory (in 1991)
