Yes, I've been to Germany (Munster) and had the MRI scan which did not show any "metastases"---hot spots for incipient cancer. Much relieved, indeed, as their experience over there is that my particular type is aggressive and does spread within three months.
However, like an MOT, it is really valid only for the day on which it is done, so one must be permantly aware and on guard.
