I have a litte rubber grommet that I used on my old steering colum covers to fill in the cut out thats visible in some cases when the OEM steering wheel is changed. Its noting special but certinaly looks better that the hole thats visible.
In this pic, you can see the cut out on the lower colum to the left

Before I purchased the OEM NSX-R colum covers I filled in the cut out with the rubber grommet and this what it looked like's with the grommet which as mentioned is noting special but takes away from the hole left from changing the OEM wheel.
