How much would you expect to pay for a set of these, they seem pretty rare. Are the full 17s all round easier to get hold of?

Thanks

Well there are always exceptions to a rule but I would say that for a set of 16" / 17" alloys with no tyres starts at about £300 for a set needing refurb up to about £1200 for a good set with tyres.

They seem to pop up once in a blue moon for sale but saying that there are these around at the moment http://nsxcb.co.uk/testvb/vbclassified.php?do=ad&id=4

Regards Pete.

As well as the ones Pete has pointed out, there is a single 16" brand new rim in the for sale section and a front and rear wheel for sale there too, all open to offers.....if that helps?

Not sure exactly how much I paid for that set I bought late last year, they're still at my friends house actually but I'm told the condition is A1 and they were around £350 from memory.

As for 17's all round...................... rare as anything 2nd hand :(

Needing a refurb a UK set is around £1k - £1200 upto £2k for a mint set with some wear left on the tyres.

They do come up on Prime from time to time and with shipping were around £1600 (will be more now the ££ taking a kicking against the $$)

There are some copies of the 17" to avoid.

Hagasan did post a US dealer that was selling what looked like OEM 17" rims for <$300 each plus shipping. If they are OEM and shipping isn't too painful, could be better than waiting for a set to refurb ... just remember the tax man will hit you for import duty

16/17 do pop up much more frequently than 17/17. Not long ago, there have been some very interesting offers on later ones.
I got mine from ebay.com, be sure you get a pic of the back side of them just to be clear if they are really OEM.
Mine were without the tyres (much cheaper shipping) around $2500 shipped and imported. With your higher consumer taxes $3000 is more reasonable if you can find a set.
