Here we are at something called SuperCar Sunday. It's held at the Motoring Heritage Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire. We were asked if anyone would like to go, by Honda UK. As there hasn't been a UK NSX Club before, we represented the marque quite well. This was the first time we went to an event, and for some of us the first time we had met each other. Basically the day involves turning up and parking. Then we can wander round and talk to other owners of other cars. The centre itself is open, and as owners we can walk around there for free. The day is a chance for people to show off their cars, providing they are something rare and exotic. There's a chance for the public to have a ride in some of these cars too, with donations to charity.
The NSXs did attract some attention from other owners. Most people know what they are, but have not seen one in real life. Consider this, there are less NSXs on the road in the UK, than most model of modern Ferrari, and way less than Porsches. At the end of the day there is some driving as owners are asked to parade around the building.
