judder at high speed? Why?

Noticing a vibration in the steering wheel at about 120, why would this be and what would cure it?

Comedy aside, we need to know more to make a good guess:

Does it happen exactly at 120?

What happens at 125 or 130?

When was the last time you checked your tyre pressures?

What wheels tyre combo have you got, are they balanced?

Have you got all your wheelnuts on?

Are your wheelnuts torqued to the right spec?

When was the car aligned last?

yeah i need to do most of those things

car isn't driven much but alignment hasn't been done for3 or 4 months.

Wheels are 17/18 inch racing hart CR rims, with 195 tyres front, not sure about rear. Very low profile.

All wheel nuts are present i tighten by hand, don't know how to do to corect spec?

Not much happens until i'm between 110-120 i only did it twice to see.

Was thinking of putting standard rims back on.

On a side note I'm sorely tempted to either fit type r suspension with oem wheels and r888 tyres, procar bbk and a lovefab turbo!

OR sell it and buy a new gtr.

If the car has been sitting in one place without moving is possible that your tyres have developed flat spots.

As for the GTR. It will probably loose in 2 years what you are planning to spend on the NSX.

Vibration at speed through the steering wheel is usually indicative of unbalanced wheels, like the others have pointed out through flat spots, loose nuts, etc, I'd go with it having thrown one of the little balancing weights, you'd need to get them checked on the tyre machine to know.
