Problems with PARK (auto

Hi Brendan here, my NSX has problems getting into park..I can get by but would rather fix it..anybody had similar problems

Not got any experience with auto's but have you tried the basics like fluid level or replace fluid? When was fluid last changed?

I recently purchased an auto and it was sticky coming in and out of park. I replaced the gear selector cable. I think sometimes you can adjust the cable but I had it replaced at Honda. The cable is part no 54315-slo-981, its called wire control assy on my invoice, it was £253.37.
