There's one in the UK in that colour, sold recently and was at Gaydon.
Can't remember the name of it though.

From what I gathered there are few different tops

The Pre-facelift NSX-R never came with red as standard.
Facelift NSX-R had the red.
Pre-Facelift Type-S came with red cam covers but dark grey centre cover.
Facelift Type-S Came with red cam covers but black centre cover

The lettering on the tops also changed with later cars
