Picture needed a slower shutter speed then to show the effect of motion, the car looks stationary there, possibly a 1/1000 exposure or less, it needs to be dropped to 1/250 at least to show non stationary wheels at that speed.

Nice composition and very sharp, good colours. If I was being critical, it would be to say that if that's a tracking shot then its a shame there's no sense of movement in the photo. Still good though!
