Not learnt any new tricks as such... when i get to session a big powder kicker then will try learn rodeos and stuff. Ive kinda not hammered the park just been riding the hill in the trees, out of bounds and boosting off natural stuff. Just so good fun finding natural features.

Parks are very good tho i do want some pics in there at some point. Its only 0 Degrees here at the mo...warmer than UK!

Broke my elbow trying to learn a new trick on a funbox/rail set-up in Hemel on Friday night. :(

leave in 6 hours for 5 days snowboarding in Italy. I predict the occassional shooting pain softened with the comfort of alcohol.

Ahh man im so gutted for you. Thats bad news! What happened how did u do it? Borken elbow and going away..sod that what are u going to be able to do except make it worse?

Or are u gona slide around slowly still? It would wreck it for me... u cant do the same level of tricks and hard riding with a broken elbow. Well i couldnt.

Blackcomb was so good today..weather perfect. sun and cloud banks up high for views..snow is soft u can rip everywhere and boost off every lip and hit. Ive been on early lifts to last run down everyday for last week...so loving it at the moment!

Towns about to get crazy busy with Olympics. so quiet right now..............

The DH is so steep................! Caught the lift over it yesterday..i was like wtf!

yeah... it wasn't the best idea. at the end of the first day.... 20 meters from the bottom... was looking back and caught my front side edge. WTF I never catch an edge. Protected the arm, but it still hurt like hell when I hit the ground. F'ing Blinding at top decibels in front of a lot of people.

2nd day was doing very high speed carves... lets say at 80% possible speed and some 55+ year old kook was straight shotting the run. ran into me at an angle and sent me flying... I remember hitting my head. Mates said it was funny as hell as I did two complete flips; tucking my arm close to my chest the whole time, trying to protect it. Luckily other than a mild concussion, I seemed alright. A split second difference and we all figured I would have killed the guy and smashed the hell out of a few bones to boot.

The other 3 days were perfect. Think I sat down once on the slopes over those 3. stayed away from the parks, but did launch a few cat tracks to powder. kept it simple an stuck everything... so no agony to report.

After being back 5 days, arm feeling better.... going for a 3D MRI on Tuesday. Worried about the golf season... just joined a club...

yeah shut up shop in UK and came here for a year. Days on the Mountian so far = 69.

Aiming for 100 , looks doable as season ends on May 24th... 48 days left!!

Get a plumbing Job , get sponsored and then never leave. Find a wife, get a truck, a dog, a sled, a house, have kids. Life is complete. ha ha

Met up with Ka today (silver) and did some ripping about, had some laughs! Should get pics really...........

Well im still here.... its still epic.

Dec and Feb have been record breakers for snow. March is already looking the same. Its been insanely good riding! The best days of my riding life ive been having which is amazing for me.

So many fresh lines in so many diff terrains, trees, chutes, valleys, meadows, cliffs, pillow lines etc... and its only getting better as i find more and more. Damn these mountians are good.

with the good theres always the bad.... Ive hurt myself a bit here and there. Broken thumb other week i stubbed it on a tree, sore torn muscles from wipeouts.. and my ass. My poor ass.

Yep...just got back 1 week ago from the 'Les Trois Vallees'....It was the best powder boarding ever for me.
Now have to wait until next year! :(

Ha i did Meribel for 5 weeks 2 seasons ago. Had full area pass tho so ripped it all. Good u got powder europe was really bad before i heard?? So thats great! Whistler has been dumping all feb and march its insane... Ive had the best days ever.. so tored from powder everyday its killing me!

Awesome POW day today the snows insane Feb and Mar its breaking records....!
