As long as it's wet tarmac and not grass!

... and I couldn't want one less :)
The new Carrera Turbo manages it in 3.2sec (also in the wet)... I could be tempted, if the GT3 didn't exist.

Well our CRV d does it a lot slower, cost 25% of either of these fugly OTT beasts and has served us even better than expected for a soft roader in the recent snow.

You must have the right (M&S (Mud & Snow)) tyres on then. We've had a Subaru Forrester at our disposal for the last couple of weeks and the big difference (it has M&S tyres) between it and my Merc or Siobhan's TT is brakeing which of course has f*ck all to do with 4wd.
I've seen 3 Chelsea tractors (2x Rangies and an X5) stranded in the sbow. Most likely their smug drivers overestimated the ability of their machine and crashed... have to say all 3 made me laugh :)

Saw a Freelander with smashed up front end as it could get the hill nobody else could but it couldn't stop when going down the other side
As I said to my neighbour who has a Q7 they are great at getting From A to B in the snow and ice it's just stopping once you get to B!
