There's a good regular Honda meet up in that area though so I'm sure you'll find some new friends to play with soon :)

Some crackin roads just South of Smoggyland, once you get up on the moors around Whitby, Sutton Bank, Pickering, and some great little watering holes aswell (try the Red Lion, on Blakey Ridge)
I quite often get up that way to get rid of a few cobwebs when home, just watch out for the Old Bill on a weekend, they're usually out in force to get the bikes.
