Well guys, if youve seen my other thread you'll know I'm on the lookout for a new radiator.

Anyone?

Try VTEC, I'm sure he'll do you a good price Jim. At least if you buy new you know what you are getting and last you many years.

yeha I had a quick look, seems to be about £1500, but I think I'll have a look about maybe US and see what I can get.

Hi Jim,

someone on here (don't have time to look-leave for work soon) recently bought a "mashimoto" I think that's what it was called through a vendor on Prime. I think SoS also sell these rads so must be ok. Search on here as it was only a few months ago. I think the prices were more like £300?

Good Luck & don't get done by UK prices gone mad......

I thought OEM ones were a lot cheaper than that, are you sure of the price?

If they are, I'd definitely go for the Mishimoto.

indeed, i recently went for the aftermarket all aluminium option direct from china! the only issue i had was that the new rad had square edges, whereas the plastic capped tank has round edges, so a little relieving was needed where the bottom tank drops for the bottom hose inlet. on prime others haven't had this issue at all!

i was that pleased with the rad that the same company is making a bespoke one for my hotrod!

2 Radiators on Honda system I can find are £673.96+vat

part numbers:19010-PR7-A03 (SHOWA) and 19010-PR7-A04 (SAK)

Cant work out what is what just yet on my system.

If you have a part number Jim let me know and I'll check the price.

try Leicester Radiators..

they manufacture all types of radiators for all types of cars...

you can call them on 0116 246 5500

i bought a radiator for an X5 from them, dealer price was 450, i bought it from them 108 including VAT..
