I have all those in my file, some have been for sale for ages. I think the NSX market has slowed quite a bit in Japan for high end value cars. I have seen standard NSX's and NSX-R's still for sale for over year!

Quite like the NSX-R stitching and refurb on the seats.

Some cars are permanently for sale. Lets face it we'd probably all sell up if a "more money than sense" fool passed our way, so I guess there's no harm in trying it on.

The bottom line is if you don't want it and/or can't afford it, don't buy it :)

Cheers

Mark

For a second i thought... yeah. what if more money than sense wanted a late model IOP targa with 30Kmiles on it... .... but then the reality of dealing with all the phone calls, time wasters + the infamous mr. d1ckhead etc...

What if all the people who don't want to 'sell' put their cars up at £10K more than going prices. If they deflected phone calls and said "nope, no thanks, That's the price" (as obviously they don't want to sell, except at a £10K premium)... would it then
1. bump up prices in general
2. help out our friends who need to move on..?
3. provide the occasional windfall to one our members... who would naturally have to throw party for the rest of us?

I recently consider selling up, not a sell out but was thinking of a more family orientated car, that I could use for my business, an ML63AMG.

To be honest once I tallied up ( behind SWMBO ) how much I have spent so far, took the advice of friends and stayed the course.

Fantastic! You have a honest secret

And I cant believe you are even suggesting that we are not all completely open and honest about the investments we have made into our hobby ;)
