It is appalling English isn't it :( I've seen this creeping into our corporate email over the last couple of years and now it's very common.
Of course I refuse to acknowledge it's use and ask what on earth they mean when I receive an email with it in... no doubt they think I'm replying to them while wearing my bowler hat :)
