2002 HONDA NSX 3.2 V6 2dr Coupe,
Petrol, . Cruise control, Drivers airbag, Passenger airbag, ABS, Traction control, Central locking. £18,000.

It is llisted in Autotrader some 201 miles from Cambridge. Seems a silly low price for a 2002. The picture (I hope I have been able to attach it properly) is indeed a red facelift model.

I spotted that car a few days ago but something tells me it is an incorrect price.1991's are going for that much.

Either the price is wrong or there is something terribly wrong with the car. I was just wondering if anyone had called about it yet.

This car has been on eBay a lot recently, but I would guess that the price is wrong, the startind bid, never mind the reserve on eBay was more than that.

I have looked it it and the car was recently crashed and subsequently written off the insurance company, the pics are pre-accident.

No idea, I think it was only frontal damage. You should speak to Ivan Ferris at Chiswick Honda who knew the car pre-accident and is more familiar with the situation

I sent an email to the seller asking why the car was so cheap.below is the reply i got(and no,i'm not tempted  )

The car is as good as new so you don't have to worry. Here are the most
important details about the car :
- UK car ( UK model , UK specs )
- odometer in Miles , speedometer in Miles per Hour ( MPH )
This car meets all Environmental Regulations in the UK .
The car has a clear history, its Registration Document/Certificate was
issued by DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) in the UK and it can be
registred anytime under your name without a problem. It's absolutely
perfect, has never been repaired, never been involved in any type of
accident or had any paint or body work done! I live in the GREECE now where
Greek specs are different from the UNITED KINGDOM ones and it costs me too
much driving this car legally here and also there is nobody interested in
buying it here.In addition, the car's steering is on the right like in the UK
but Greek cars have steering on the left that's why I am selling it so cheap
hoping to find a buyer in the UK where it belongs.I inquired and the best
and fastest way I can ship with is using SAS Cargo and it takes between 5-7
days to arrive at your door and I will take care of 50% of the expenses
which include shipping and insurance. We will use a safe payment method
through Escrow Europe,I have an insurance policy which will protect us both
in case something goes wrong up to £6000 and I assume you know what this
means.I will wait for your email to let me know if you are interested in
knowing more details about the purchase.Thank you

I will sell you my car, however to avoid tax I would like you to deposit £20,000 in my account with Western Union, however you need to mark it as a gift. I will then deliver the car to you and describe it as a gift also.......

Catch the drift ??

Lads this is a complete scam. I was considering a 2002 M3 convertible for £7800 and that is identical to the email i received.
I have since lost the Autotrader advert as i would like to report this guy!

Typical cheat, I´ve got similar e-mail (scroll down) for a hummer from England.

Hello,

First of all, please accept my apollogies for the late answer but I tried
to close the deal with somebody else. It turned out that he didn't have the
money. Didn't work out, so, it's stil available...I must thank you for you
interest regarding my vehicle. You have to know that the Hummer H2 I am selling
is 100% working and great looking, no flaws or dents, no scratches or any
kind of damage, no flood or wrecked, the interior looks amazing. I am it's
first and only owner. THIS BAD BOY 2003 -HUMMER H2- IS CUSTOMIZED TO PERFECTION.
I would describe the customs on this vehicles as just enough in all the right
places. The Km on this vehicle is accurately represented. Clean smell throughout,
never been smoked in. This vehicle has been been pampered and maintained
to the highest standard, even to the point of always being garaged. This
vehicle's transmission runs like it just left the factory. This vehicle runs
excellent. The vehicle has its original gloss and shine. It is in great condition.
The interior is clean and in great condition.

I am originally from U.S. but I am located in U.K. at the moment, because
my wife is from London. The car is here with me in UK as well.

The car is great and I really hate that I have to sell it. I am selling the
car because here in UK I need a left hand drive vehicle, even if I'm not
sure how soon will I get used with it ...
All documents, including owner's manual, clear title and bill of sale will
be provided along with the car.

The final price is 23500 ? and I will arrange to have this vehicle carefully
and meticulously delivered to your front door at any destination on a licensed,
bonded, and insured FedEx auto transporter. A very good friend of mine is
working at FedEx Freight for many years and he is offering me very big discounts.
Please give me your full shipping address for me to be able to calculate
the exact shipping cost.

If you are really interested in buying it here is how we can easily start
this transaction:

You will send me a 5000? downpayment through SquareTrade for me to be sure
that I won't send the car and then you won't be interested anymore. I will
not receive the money until you will receive the vehicle. They will contact
me when they will receive payment and I will immediately start shipping the
vehicle. You will have 10 days to inspect the car. If you will be satisfied
you will send the remaining amount and I will send you it's titles.
The downpayment transaction will be done through SquareTrade Department.
I'm a SquareTrade member and I'm backed up by them for this transaction up
to 5000?. You will have 10 days to inspect the car and to decide if you want
to keep this Hummer H2 or if you want your money refunded.

SquareTrade is serious company, whos goal is to protect both the buyer and
the seller from fraud in transactions. It is also the most trusted comunity
of sellers worldwide.

Here is how SquareTrade works :

- The seller contacts SquareTrade and starts a transaction.

- The buyer sends a downpayment and it's details to SquareTrade.

- After downpayment is confirmed SquareTrade contacts the seller to start
the shipping process or to wait until the buyer will come and inspect the
vehicle.

- The buyer inspects the vehicle and if it proves satisfactory he will contact
SquareTrade to release the downpayment to the seller.

- After that the buyer sends the remaining amount and the seller sends car's
titles.

I'm legally obligated by SquareTrade to hold the vehicle for the person who
will send a downpayment.

If you agree with my idea please provide me your full name and address for
shipping, so I can initiate the transaction through SquareTrade . After that
they will contact you with transaction details, invoice, payment instructions
and more information about SquareTrade protection.

Please reply as soon as posible because I have lots of interested customers.

Regards,

Thomas
