is it possible to get bushings for the control arms separately or do you have to buy the control arms complete

If you are referring to the parts #21 in this diagram, then you need to buy it as a complete arm (as #21) if you want OEM parts.
However, there are several companies selling the pillow bushing options in US and Japan.
I think some of them are selling it as bushing only as well as complete arm assembly like #21.
As you can easily imagine, if you get just the bushing, you need suitable jig and press to extract and install the bushing.

Ah… I forgot they are called as ‘Control Arm’ whereas I use the term ‘upper and lower A-arm/wishbone’ for them.
For me, ‘Control Arm’ is only at the ‘Rear Toe-Control Arm’ as #21 in the diagram due to my background.
Any way, do you mind asking why you want to replace this bushing when you are not after the track setup?
Did you damage it somehow?
From another post, I know that you are having small play at the front ball joint which is on the knuckle for the Front suspension.
This OEM bushing is metal and not easy to damage as Honda specified very high accuracy at the surface of internal tapered section and thus, it is so difficult to separate the ball joints at lower and upper A-arms.
So, I can understand the damage at the ball joint but not at the bushing side unless it was separated in the past....

didnt realise those "bushings" were metal..
what i've bought thus far is
2 knuckles
steering rack bushings
sway bar bushings
inner/outer tie rod ends..
awaiting DHL from dali.. once fitted i'll get tracking and alignment done and i'll post a report
