Dali RR Exhaust [PICS]

Anyone have the Dali RR [Rice Rocket] slash tip exhaust fitted and if so any pics that you could put up?

I have one, do you want pics of it on the car or off? It's a bit grubby at the moment but I'll take some for you.

It makes very good power, particularly in the mid range, and produces a much deeper note. It's one of the louder systems out there (measured 100.8db at Bedford) so you'd need to be careful on track days and it can get a bit wearing on long journeys.

Hi Mark,

Looking for pics of it on the car, I have one coming and was unsure about installing it as I wanted to see it on an NSX first.

After seeing Andy's pics I have to say it looks good, although the tips on Andys look slightly different to mine.

Mine tips are the same as Andy's i.e a lot longer than the ones on your example.

It will probably going up on the For Sale forum very soon as I have something different on it's way to me as I type :)

Sorry, never make any recordings.

The pics of your actual exhaust look more like the round tip version to me. Check the pics of the Round tip version on the Dali website.

Thats another way of looking at it lol

Hopefully get this installed at the weekend or next week, have all new nuts and bolts sitting here too, although my OEM exhaust is not rusted over and I can remove and reuse the bolts If I wanted.

Got the exhaust fitted today! Only took 15/20mins as nothing was ceased up on my OEM system so was a simple straight forward install.

Initial thoughts is, its definitely louder lol Nice low down rumble at idle and raspy up through the gears. A bit of weight saving too, OEM exhaust 20kg, Dali RR exhaust 13.2kg

All in all I'm very please with it!

apparently i have heard the latest version of this exhaust GT-one ver 6 is their most restrictive system yet. Meant to be a improvement on ver 5 and apparently adds few more bhp well when with headers compared to the ver 5.

More restrictive BUT adds more horsepower... neat trick ;)
