First weekend out in the new motor. Hope you like the photos. Should have the CF rear spoiler fitted by end of July.
I plan to go to the Silverstone Classic if weather is good. Bought my tickets online. Do we have a stand at this event?

Lovely motor. I'm not usually a fan of the tan interiors but it looks fine. Maybe you should just get your Pole Positions made in tan leather. :)

I agree the tan leather looks well with the black. How do the two black cars compare?

well the black 997 S is my brothers car and I haven't driven it yet, but I do own a couple of 911's and they are completely different to drive. I like the mid engined layout of the NSX, you hear the noise of the engine as you accelerate up to 8000rpm. The 911 has more torque lower down, so you don't get that progressive build up of speed. This is my 2nd NSX and I love both Porsche and Honda.

Similar to myself! My bother also has a black 911, his is a 996 3.6 facelift, nice car but non inspiring for me and a tad common now. Hes been thinking of changing recently and I'm trying to talk him into something a bit more rare.

Sounds like my take on the 911! They're one of the few German cars to have the pedals properly positioned and generally drive very nicely. They are just a tad too 'ordinary' at ordinary speeds and simply don't have that sense of uniqueness that the NSX has.
If the C36B form the HSC had ever found its way into an "NA3", I'm sure the torque deficit would have disappeared, though!

some people just don't get the NSX, and never will. I have admit the NSX looks kind of dated from the rear. Hence I've ordered the NSX-R spoiler in the hope that it will give more of an updated look. But... from the front it looks perfect :D
