This car has just over 3,000km around 1,800miles give or take

Cost in Japan around £109,000 depending on currency exchange; on the road here just over the £140,000 mark.

Love the early Enkie wheels

AR had two similar sets with his NSX-R, I bought one set and then sold them as I wasn't sure on them, then Paul (senninha) has similar in 17's.

As simon has said, Paul has these in 17" front and 18" rear IIRC.

With regards to this car, if you bought it with the intension to drive it, would you not have to give it a complete overhall, as parts would be old?

One set was an odd 15" front 17" rear combo if I remember correctly?

Although those Enkei's (RP01) have the same offset as 16/17 "Blades", somehow they fill the arches even less convincingly. Personally I prefer the NA1 NSX-R's on white "Blades".

Cheers

If you look at the design, the seat belt can't go anywhere else.

EDIT: or do you mean it could come over the top of the shoulder support instead?

Sorry but I think the wheels look too small for the arches. Do like the white though. Could not part with 100K plus for it though even with low mileage. Cant be 4 times the fun of a good late model?

Just checked the JDM parts system and they list the enkies as 15/16 inch.

Enkies are NO: 15 & 16

A tempting prospect indeed & I must confess it has crossed my mind more than once, as this is indeed the quintissential NSX-R colour scheme...however I do tend to conform religiously to the tyranny of originality, and as it was born Charlotte Green (with a Charlotte Green roof as a custom order) then it must stay that way

What I am thinking of doing, all the more so after ogling the pix above, is sourcing some of the original white 15/16" NSX-R ENKEIs and putting it back on those, as opposed to the 16/17" 'custom programme' rims it sports at present

Keep it Charlotte but if tempted to run it White for while then you know there is an option ..... ;) But be prepared to attract a lot more attention, something I hadn't factored in the decision making process!

I've still not seen it in the flesh Paul, how's the wrap holding up? I can't say I've been very impressed with most of the wraps I've seen, very little shine and certainly nothing on real paint. Of course it does give you a temporary change of identity and as they say, a change is as good as a rest :)

Hi Mark,

Wow, that means we've not crossed paths since the TDI event

I'm planning to do the P'Heads Rolls Royce meet if you fancy a different meet, and possibly the Essex/Suffolk drive meet over the bank holiday.

Fancy one of these?

regards,

Paul

On which sites can you find an NSX R NA1 for sale?
I only know of Goo-net and vogues sports, are there some other good ones?

Cheers!

Those sites are ok, you can check carsensor too, route ks and few others. Personally the best way to buy is to go there yourself and shop around.

Do your homework correctly, and remember the price you get there will be subject to a load of extras.

I haven't checked in a while, last time I looked NSX-R were very few on the market over there. At a guess I'd say close tom£80/£100
