I noticed a set of NSX alloys that have the offset's

FRONT: 35, WHEELS ARE 7" X 16"

REAR: 38, WHEELS ARE 9" X 17"

STUD DIAMETER IS 5 X 114.3

Will these fit nicely without fitting spacers?

Those offsets sound just about perfect. They would move the fronts out 20mm and the rears out 17mm which combined with the extra width of that rear wheel would IMHO fill the arches much better than standard.

It's unlikely that the hub centres will be correct (64.1mm front and 70.1mm rear) but it's possible if they really are "NSX wheels" as described and if not you could have them machined if too small or fit hubcentric rings if too big.

If you like the style go for it :)

Sudesh they look very much like the ones that were on my NA1-R when I bought it.

PS I got a set of the same brand and model, execpt original paint and black 15/17 NSX specific for around half the price of those.

Thanks for the replies!

I'm trying to do a deal with the guy at the moment and asked some other questions so will hopefully know tomorrow.

Ary the style reminds me of those on the early NA1 NSX-R and I when I saw them I text Paul as he has a similar set on his car too but his are larger all round. I like the idea of them being 16/17 and with 9" rears.
