Continuing on from an idea I posted in another thread I have come across this;

They list an NSX front caliper at £68 each.
These replacement calipers usually don't come with the pad carrier brackets and so you can't use them to go from the pre 98 size to post 98 size.
However for those that are complaining of poor brakes, these will probably be the cheapest way of getting new calipers on your car.
I have to add I have not used them, don't know them, and can't vouch for anything about them.
