If anyone is in Somerset this Sunday I've been sent the following:
We're organising a meet at Cheddar Gorge on Sunday 26th September off the forums to avoid non-PH people getting wind of it and potentially giving us a bad name, which was a problem we encountered in April and were asked not to come back. We managed to smooth the waters and are welcome back, but for now it makes sense to play it safe.
We are meeting at 11am in the gorge at the usual place - the larger of the car parks about 1/3 of the way up the gorge from the caves and village. Please don't inform non-PH members of the meet unless you know they are fairly responsible.
It would be great if you can make it, especially if you can chivvy along some people from Avenue Drivers.
After the meet, several of us are taking part in the Pink Pig Run, which is a charity drive to a Bristol children's hospice to meet the children and give out pink pig soft toys.
