The Orange movement has just passed us now the Reds are back on.
2002 4K miles and £40K.
Miles are insanely low.
Somebody buy it so it can be returned to standard or at least modified tastefully.

Masterclass in making a car look like tat all. Could you spec the old single piece console bin lid in an 02?

Its not a genuine 2002 facelift car from what I can see!! or if it is, it must have been stripped at some stage in its life and someone has found bits from an earlier car and later car, and put this monstrosity together.
Infact I have a feeling I know where some of the bits came from.
Also looks to be accident damaged or something as the airbag has gone off and the cap has been pushed back down lol
Looks a total mess of a car.

I can never understand how there can be sharp depression marks on the butt area of driver seats, low mileage or not.
Do some drivers carry a clothes iron in their back pocket or do they have buns of steel that they don't realise they've been sitting on their other bunch of keys the whole journey.

That's a really dumbass ad. Who in their right mind would advertise a car for that kind of money with such obvious photographic typos?
Christ, they couldn't even get the centre consol straight.
Cheers,
James.

Do some drivers carry a clothes iron in their back pocket or are they so fat they don't realise they're sitting on their other bunch of keys the whole journey.
In this particular case, I would say those seats came from a know facelift LBB breaker, so the seats may have been damaged in the accident or damaged when they were being removed from the car.

But 40 grand? I mean, we're used to seeing cheekily bodged cars come to market at £10-20k... But FORTY GRAND????
Holy guacamole!

Simple case of someone is trying to pull a fast one!
Buyer beware would be an understatement here.

Trade seller, so (luckily for any feckless buyer here) the courts would see this as substantially more serious than "a fast one".
All the same, the pics alone are soooooo bad that it would be hard to see how anyone actually viewing this car would ever buy it. Presumably it's fairly out of shape on the nearside, if the line between dash and door plastic is anything to go by!

That's a bit unfair - I could rebuild a write off with such excellent front panel fit. If I were pissed. I have no experience of ally welding either.
Actually, that airbag cover is the ultimate accessory! make YOUR NSX look crashed for only $400...

Ha ha! Well, let's just hope it's been withdrawn rather than actually sold... Looks like it would be a deathtrap given the bodges apparent from just a couple of superficial pics on t'internet!

Yeah thats what I thought too, may have been withdrawn.
Looks like its missing the wipers as well.

Its good to discuss these incidents so it makes potential buyers aware. Has anyone clicked on the 'Report to Administrator' link to the top right hand corner of the ad?? If this dealer is regularly performing such 'exotic' repairs, I'm pretty sure that PH wont want to be associated with them!

There weren't that many '04s sold in the UK - and I'd imagine even fewer which have needed a new interior and wheels.
So quite possible...which would suggest £14k would be a better asking price! Wonder if the dealership actually knows what they've got on their hands?

Look at the door card and dash line up too lol
I have a feeling this car was built up from a shell or stripped car, it may indeed have a 3.2 and 6 speed box if the parts came from the LBB NSX.

i see what you mean ... what on earth is going on there?!
its a worrying sight alright ... and someone could just nose dive into purchase just because of the way it looks. I know its not to everyone's tastes (i think its shocking too) but a bit of bling could detract a buyer away from such things
the centre console to look at is a real hoot. I have never seen such a **** up
there also appears to be a fault on the rear tail lights according to the dash!
all adding up to be a cracker car/buy! :)

ITS WRONG to have this car advertised at all... let alone for 40k!

what on earth does it say about the other cars on their site?
BUYERS BEWARE if thats the case ...

there also appears to be a fault on the rear tail lights according to the dash!
Well spotted, noticed that too, could be a number of things from the wiring, bulbs, to the later dash in an earlier car.
Something else I noticed is, the car appears to have the "road side flare" as found in the JDM cars, also the carpet around that area seems to be all pulled up and sitting along the door runner garnish, the carpet also appears to be UK spec.

The 3.2 engine that was in the LBB stayed in the white car that a female member on here bought. The 6-speed gearbox was sold to another member on here and is awaiting fitting at a later date.

Gone again already. Mods on form today, nice to see.
Some poor sod probably WILL buy this, as not everyone checks with the owners club, even for rare cars like the NSX. But the more difficult we can make it for these cowboys the better, as far as I'm concerned.

Can anyone be bothered to go and have a look at it? I'd love to see the salesman explaining all the obvious faults and still maintain that it's worth £40k.
