Filled in an online quote form for We Will Buy Your Car and got offered £3279 for my NSX:eek:
They are bringing the cheque round tomorrow:laugh:
Who on earth would be desperate enough to sell a car to these people?
Loads, judging by the constant advertising they do.
I am trying We Buy Any Car next lol.

a business set up to capitalise on the down-turn. i guess if you have bills to pay, and you need cash quick this is a viable option for most :(
you can see why they can advertise constantly if they are getting the business; the margins of profit they must make on a car appear pretty high if thats the going rate for motors

Modern twist on the ancient pawnbrokerage model. I guess the values for more mainstream models are marked closer to market... Supercars don't conform to the standard models of depreciation, valuation, and so on; hence the fairly amusing anomoly here.
Cracking jingle though ;)

Bit like those "send us all your gold for a book token" businesses.
Never underestimate the stupidity of the general public...

hey I resemble that remark !
I did the "we buy anycar" thing in 18th November they offered £4,025 for a '91 Auto. I considered it for .. a nano second. Then fell off my chair laughing.

A friend of a friend works for WBAC, even when they 'tempt' you with their offer, when you meet up they wont pay that price but will find any reason at all possible and knock you down more....
