IS anyone going to come forward to co-ordinate this years event??
James kicked things off for the winning rollover event. I think it was Matt the following year, then Jim (in between defending the country) gave us our 3rd turn out. Last year I managed to squeeze it in a week ahead of getting married, with the track time organised by Ian. This 2 tier approach reduced the time on one individual obvioulsy and would be my recommendation if there are two members prepared to deliver us our 5th consecutive appearance ....
Any takers ... and there is lots of experience as above to help you on your way to a great show!
Regards, Paul

I concur, is anyone willing to step forward this year, I would have been happy enough but I'm a wee bit far away at the moment.

If I had spare time I would do this. But with full time work and studying a HNC course I can barely keep up as it is.
Would be a shame if we didn't end up coming as a club.

Well done, if you need somewhere to stay the night before, let me know, as you'll need to be on the gate real early on the Saturday morning unless you send all the tickets on beforehand. My experience is this does not happen;-)
You can get most of the info from the Japfest website, but you may also need this number: 01225 788167 (Ian Cruikshanks - he's been the club Organiser for the last few years). How do we feel about the pitch we've had for the last couple of years?
Good luck,
James.

well done Chris....I think it should be quite easy to organise as most people will be busy working on the 12th and won't be able to make it ;-p

PLEASE NOTE JAPFEST IS SATURDAY 14th MAY 2011 at Castle Coombe
NOT 12th MAY as INDICATED IN AN EARLIER POST
prebooking cost is £15 per person together with free car entry pass.
On the day pay at the gate is £20 per person
Last years stand location has been requested
we will get confirmation on this in April
so the more we can pre book the better.

Well done Chris,
PM sent,
ALSO, let me know when you start a new Japfest 2011 thread and I'll do two things for you, 1) have a link story from the front page and 2) make your thread a sticky in the 2011 events (which is where you need to start your thread please)
regards, Paul
