Parts numbers

Using the Lings website to scare myself silly with the price for parts,
http://www.hondaoriginalparts.com/honda_car_parts_catalogue_C01.php
I see that the old style parts reference 12345-SLO-A12 is no longer used [where a SLO part number was unique to NSX's].
Instead the reference is PFKL 123456.
Is this a change by Honda or Lings own numbering system?
If the change is by Honda does a look up table to convert between the two exist?

Hi, Duncan.

Honda parts no is still in the same format as before.
For example, 15400-PL2-505.

The ones used by the Lings seemed to be their own reference no or possibly online system related.
