I've just bought a couple of new front combination lights to refresh the front of my car.
A couple of questions.
Firstly, the new light does not come with the 'little rubber snorkel' (not sure what the technical term for it is!), not a problem, will transfer this from my old lights. Presume this is something to do with condensation. No part number available for this at all.
Secondly, my old lights have 5mm foam, top and bottom where the new ones have none at all. Is this foam still required or recommended?
Thirdly, to protect them over the next few years, I was thinking of wrapping the lights in some clear film to protect my investment. Can anyone recommend a film and or supplier of the film to do this job?

These guys wrapped my daily and after almost 90k miles the front end is chip free where it was installed. I'm pretty sure you could pop along and purchase a small amount to do the perfect job.

Hi Simon,
I noticed too that the little rubber breather wasnt with the new light I installed on Andrews car: http://www.nsxcb.co.uk/showthread.php?6702-NSX-Refresh/page45
Funny though as it shows the part in the diagram, but its just not listed or even numbered, but as you said swapping the original one over is just fine.

Looked at a lot of combo lights and turn signal lights on the acura parts warehouse site. Most of the breather tubes are shown but not listed. I found one though on my search from an Acura Vigor (??), which might do the job if anyone ever needs to buy one:

Sudesh, did you apply foam to the replacement light?

I'd apply something to protect the screws; mine have rusted heads & I don't think they're coming out again.

That's the easy part! Getting the old ones out is the PIA.
