Nice to have met you both on Saturday,,,Just a shame we had to go,,,,had to provide assistance to friends who were moving house. Looks like next time we could have three or 4 more cars,,,,as the pub seems to have a good name

Looks lovely! I didn't think there were many IOP in the pre-facelift models?

I`m sure someone will post up UK IMO numbers, but in the flesh the NSX shape works really well in Imola Orange and the air slips over the paint easier, making them faster - hence we all pay attention when one appears - unlike other, slower colours...

I think Imola Orange is lighter than other paints which will account for at least some of the extra speed!!

GPW has no pigment in the chemicals thus lighter paint, faster car.
The IOP is very nice though.
More pics.

White is the colour of milk floats and vans, Force India are trying it but the McLaren team have specifically used some orange on their cars having extensivley tested it in the wind tunnel (which is a white building as it is static).
It's hard to accept Nigel but perhaps you could consider vinyl wrapping your car to help you keep up!

scottg, Can't think of anything cheeky to reply so just ask for some more pics of your IOP.
We so rarely see the IOP over here. There is one down in Miami that comes out from time to time to our sometimes monthly meets. It might just be that it takes him longer to catch up we're gone by the time he gets there.

White is the best colour for the nsx and I would go as far as to say it should of been the only colour the nsx came in:D
Though I've nothing against other colours as they make ours stand out even more;)

I happily upload some more pics next time I have the camera out. I am sure a white NSX looks fantastic in the Miami sun.
Pics attached is of my old CAV GT40 at goodwood supercar sunday as I pass the Ferrari marquee (very fitting);)

Nice pic.

So how comes the dramatic move from rather tasty replica/kit cars to our dull and boring, reliable NSX? ;)

Love the GT40, I need a bigger garage so I can build one for myself.
