You just beat me to it Mike I was just going on line to check if a date had been announced and had a look at the forum first.

Being a glutton for punishment, I am OK with organising JAPFEST 2012
hopefully an early start on this will lead to the best turnout yet
so come on guy's and gal's make that commitment now put it in the diary in bold capitals MAY 12 2012
get that hotel booked now if you need one and lets make this the best NSXCB turnout yet.

I propose that payment should include £0.5 to include postage and an envelope. Then all tickets and stand passes can be posted out around 1st/2nd May. This will actually be easier than posting some and handing others out on the day and actually takes out some of the hassle.
Again it will be easier if another member takes on the track day if anyone wants to track
last year we were too late to get our own slot so again early commitment is necessary if we are to have our own track session.
