New Bridgestone Re002 tyres

Everyone, just wanted to let you know of a new tyre from Bridgestone the RE002 and it's available in 205 50 15 W rating and 225 50 15 W rating, £77 and £91 from tyre traders, not checked if they are cheaper anywhere else. Looks and sounds like it could be a really good tyre. Not checked the 16/17" combo but might be available in those as well.

Forgot to mention, I bought a set of fronts of these for now and did a track day (bridgestone S02 on the rear that were decent still). And the balance of the car changed completely there was so much grip - the front end was absolutely nailed into the track and I spent most of the day taking so much corner entry that the back end was loose during the corner (which was great fun) and on corner exit I could really hammer the throttle early (not the quickest but the fun-est!) and get the back end sliding and holding it. AMAZING track day.

So highly recommended, but if you put them only on the back then you're probably going to experience a poor front end in comparison. Semi track tyre I guess, but looks like it's got pretty good water clearing ability too and 8mm from new.
