Good work on purchasing the best and fastest color! Welcome to the club!

3 spoke wheels and black mirrors don't do it or me thiugh, nice set of OEM 7 spokes and mirrors returned to red, would set it off nicely!

Its just an opinion! Nobody is holding anyone at gun point suggesting he has to do as we say lol

When I had my first wheels, I was pretty much told they where "s**t" looking a week after owning it..............3 weeks later I realise they were and bought the OEM 7 spoke lol

well I suppose at a push we could call them 6 spokes:).... I saw an interesting design on my old Integrale Evo forum in spoke design.... think they may be a bit to "riskey" for eyes on here.... or just indecent!

The darker colour would probably suit the car better as per the white car post..

I suppose the thing is that the advans like many other wheels ( rp-01, azevs etc ) are "old school" wheels and the NSX has remained ageless.

You should be able to post in the for sale section the same as you are in this section. I'm not aware of any forumadmin rules against non 'platinum' members posting in the for sale section or such like....

Hi Rick,

We had to impose a min post count a while back as we were flooded with non owners trying to offload goods, often not NSX related. Info is in your PM.

Alternatively you could take up NSXCB's offer to post on your behalf ... I think he's cut his commission fee's recently, LOL.

Back to your OP / wheels ...

I like the detail photo you posted. Have you thought of maybe going a bit 'softer' by using a gunmetal finish with the red rim rather than black? Although black links to the roof etc, I think they may be too much on the wheels. You'd also have a very special looking set of wheels. My other thought agains tblack is that they nearly always leave an NSX crying out to be lowered, which depending on where you live/drive may not be possible or advisable.

Good luck and hope this helps

regards, Paul

Hi Paul

thx for your advice. i understand that the SA3R is not every people's cup of tea for for some reason it always catch my eyes. for the colour of the wheels i still havnt made up my mind yet for gunmetal or gloss black. maybe u guys can give me some idea on it. Here got 2 pics from google, the first one is gunmetal and the second is gloss black, there u go!

Sudesh is rarely wrong and only in this instance in that the GPW is the best colour, you must have just not been able to find one tidy enough so you had to settle for the next best thing. There are just so few of us about we choose to be quiet about it.
Glad to have another NSX lover aboard.

Cheers

Of those 2 - gunmetal.

Black only suits track cars (also good at hiding brake dust) or if you want it to look like you are running on steels from a distance.

IMO of course :)

lol, even fewer genuine white NSXs here, in fact I can think of about 4, one has been written off and hasn't been seen since, one is a facelift NSX-R, then 2 facelift UK 04/05 cars. Don't recall seeing any others.
