Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

3 x new coolant hoses replaced and dressed although you won’t be able to
see them later as they are going to be under the header tank.....




Lots of dust, gunk, etc inside the engine bay so gave good cleaning.






New fuel filter and installed.
Quite surprised to see really dark brown/black fuel coming out from the old filter.
Probably not replaced regularly in the past???




Eng back in the bay and in the process of putting all sorts of parts,
bolts, nuts, etc back in place.

Hope to fire up the engine soon.


I missed the opportunity to visit Japan last Nov - Dec time due to
many emergency services and also I wanted to correct the mistake I made for
one owner causing oil seepage from the cam brown seal.
So, I was hoping to visit there some point this year ideally before hot and humid
summer but with so much delay in the service schedule,
looks like I need to re-schedule it again.......
I need holiday..........
