Another cluster with lots of extra time required for the calibration process.

Because of the nature of the analogue circuit, several conditions, procedure, calibration environment, etc would change the outcome.

Therefore, one must decide on how to approach the calibration process if wants to get consistent result over all of the gauge clusters being serviced by the same person.

I have my own standard and so far, all of them were calibrated using exactly the same target under the specific condition/procedure.



















After spending extra time, got to the stage for the final testing mode.

All testing passed and happy with the result.

Returned to the owner.
