Thank you to Microsoft for releasing the Windows 10 Threshold 2 (TH2). While the automatic update and install were reasonably fine on my own custom built PC, it still managed to change some of the setup back to Windows default setting and also disabled some of the software (shown as a message stating that they are not compatible with TH2 and this was displayed after the update.....) without first warning the user.
