    As reported a while ago, this engine was equipped with two Front spec IG coil covers.
    Therefore, at the rear bank, the rubber seal was at the wrong side and allowing all sorts of water, debris, etc entering the IG coil section.

    Received the correct Rear side rubber seal from Japan and installed it with tiny amount of liquid gasket.

    The rust was not too bad but too deep so no way I can re-use these pistons…

    As reported earlier, I didn’t like the twisted brake lines at the FR and FL brake callipers so removed the fitting and re-installed them properly.




    When I removed the brake line at the FL side, I noticed that it had wear marking

    Although some of the brake calliper parts looked to be replaced in the past, the fluid was not replaced regularly and also some of the services were not done properly that the rust managed to penetrate through several areas.
    This smaller piston looked to be replaced in the past so I'll re-use it.

    Bigg Red has done great job on the calliper and bracket body

    The CL release fork pocket was completely dry and causing metallic squeaking noise when the CL pedal was operated.

    High temp Urea grease applied before installing the CL slave cyl.
