    More than 3 years ago, I started looking into installing the DRL and the more I look at other cars, the more favoured the linear/strip looks and I just don’t like the LED dotted appearance.

    I know German company Nolden does lots of OEM LED lights and while they are superb, bit pricey especially for something that I want to just try first and then decide

  2. Cabin Cleaning

    Have been very busy working on electronics parts, servicing NSX for owners and carrying out MOT for my NSX and MX-5 so wanted to change the rhythm to relax a bit.



    Good opportunity to massage the leather seat.

    I don’t know it’s effective or even the right thing to do so please use this information at your own risk as I don’t know what kind of chemical was applied in the past on your seat, cabin parts, etc and it could react with the one I use.

    For this week, I have been tackling the OEM head unit that lost the power due to massive acid leakage from the dead capacitors.

    It is by far the worst condition that I have ever dealt with.

    During the service, the battery was looked after by the battery conditioner.




    No way I can ignore the damaged and tired GND cable so replaced it with the new OEM one.
    As you can see, there is no need to tighten the terminal

    All of the coolant hoses and bands were just so tired…. Surprised that they managed to survive for such a long time although the big hose at the thermostat cover was about to burst.
