    state of the existing master cyl and decided to replace it.

    There was no way I could re-use these slider pins. Replaced with the new ones.




    So, all four calipers, brackets and new brake ...

    Was experimenting the layout for several different devices but didn’t look nice on the smaller display so will go back to the usual layout from tomorrow.

    Refurbishing the front brake.

    All of the callipers going through my brake OH process will be treated with extra step to prevent the rust/corrosion getting inside the cyl bore including the dust boot base.

    When I upgraded my callipers to the 02R spec, I disassembled them to apply this extra treatments even they were brand new in
