  1. Final Touch

    For this owner and chassis setup including the tyre, I have been recommending using the tyre pressure at 30psi front and 36psi rear. The OEM setup is 33psi front and 40psi rear.

    Today, it was quite warm for this time of the year and in case of sudden temperature drop or driving in the cold condition, I decided to set them to the OEM set up.

    On collection of this NSX, I’ll talk to the owner and adjust them based on his comment.

  2. Eng Refresh Stage 1 – 18

    Time to drain the engine oil and replace the oil filter.




    From the drain plug, you can remove most of the old oil. However, there is always about 400 – 500cc left inside the oil pan so used the vacuum extractor to take out the remaining bits.

    Another vacuum leak check carried out as I had to disconnect some of the coolant hoses after carrying out the last check in order to get extra space for TB service.

  4. Eng Refresh Stage 1 – 16

    From here, just needs to put everything back in place.




    Installed TB Front and Rear covers and then used Honda bond on the upper two bolts for the installation of the Eng Oil cooler.

    Time for the valve clearance adjustment.
    As I would like to aim for the 0.01mm deviation, it will take at least 4Hrs just for this service.
