    After more than 2 months, my boss is coming back from Japan tomorrow so
    wanted to finish as much as possible within today.



    Started to install the new rubber seals and gaskets on the
    TB lower/front/rear covers, IG coil cover and valve covers.

    In the process of cleaning the engine.

    Cleaned the excessive amount of liquid gasket used in the past.

    I’m now convinced that someone removed the cam holder at least on
    the front bank and also very likely to be the same for the rear bank.

    Time to clean the purpose build oil pockets holding the black

    As mentioned in the previous post; Eng Refresh Stage 1 – 06, the locking pin won’t
    fit at the front bank exhaust side on early model engine even at the
    correct valve timing so you should not rely on the holes at the
