  2. Preparation 01

    So, started to work on another NSX.
    The service menu is to replace all of the coolant hoses, CL Hyd sys,
    ABS flush, etc, etc, etc…





    When the owner arrived at my place, he told me that
    his door mirror adjuster no longer works in the up/down direction.

  3. MX5 Engine Refresh – Final Touch

    Replaced the fuel filter.
    Replacing it on NSX is easy if you have access to the air tool but
    MX5 is even easier. No need for the air tool.



    Although it was still operating fine, the pressure sensor at the power steering pump
    showed extra play compared to the new one so probably replace it

    Vacuum filled the cooling system.

    The silicone sealant on the drain plug worked well for a
    temporally fix although I don’t want to loose coolant on the
    motorway so already placed the order to Japan.

    New WP installed.

    The bearing on the existing one showed some friction so once again,
    best to replace WP at the time of TB service on our NSX as well.
