    Refurbishing the front brake.

    All of the callipers going through my brake OH process will be treated with extra step to prevent the rust/corrosion getting inside the cyl bore including the dust boot base.

    When I upgraded my callipers to the 02R spec, I disassembled them to apply this extra treatments even they were brand new in

    Using the paper mock up to evaluate the installation options for LED DRL.


    Started by positioning it inward towards the license plate but probably shift it to the outer side if I ever install it.

    2nd coat done.

    Had to bring them inside as the temperature was not high enough for ideal painting condition.


    As my boss is in Japan at the moment, no need to worry about the smell….
    I didn’t drop a single drip of the paint on the floor….
