    In the process of removing lots of parts in preparation for the Eng Refresh
    as well as for the drive shaft and cooling system overhaul.
    Haven’t decided on taking the engine out yet so removing the parts in a way
    that can cope with both procedures.

    For some reason, the Eng GND cable was not connected and tucked away behind
    the coolant header tank.





    The coolant level was fine but the header tank was really old and already turned

  3. Preparation 01

    Started to work on another NSX.
    The service menu is the Engine Refresh Stage 1, Right drive shaft and
    complete Cooling system overhaul.
    In order to understand the level of service required, decided to carry out
    the pre-inspection today.


    Although the owner kept his NSX in beautiful condition, by the time when
    he arrived at my place, it was covered in sand/dirt as he drove through
    the wet conditions.

  4. Final Touch

    Went through the long hours Health Check Service and just washed the NSX.
    As always, the head light edge is so close to the bumper on all of the face lifted models.

    Once again, used the garden blower to blow out the water trapped in the tiny gap.

    Back to my favourite alignment platform.

    I normally use customised setup based on UK road condition, driving style, etc.



    SAI figures were almost identical so good news for the owner to confirm that
