Having lots of fun dealing with the heavily corroded bolts and nuts around the front header and CAT.

Although I’m not going to touch the Front O2 sensor during the process, I have my own policy of not dealing with the exhaust area without having access to the spare sensor.

However, this time, I forgot that this NSX was the full OBD

Inspecting the FL side in the same way as the FR one.

Both inner and outer pads were moving smoothly with no glazing.

In 2010, the inner pad was seized to the bracket and caused the disc surface to rust heavily.
Even today, the outer edge of the disc inboard surface was still showing the trace of light rust but

Glad to see that the NSXCB site is back on-line again.

Started to work on another NSX.
Service menu includes quite a lot of things from fuel filler lid alignment to the drive shaft, brake master cyl, cooling system, etc so it’s going to be very busy again.

Started with the initial inspection to understand the current condition of each parts as well as the bolts and nuts involved.
