    Cleaning and inspecting the cam shafts and other parts.
    The wear of the coating at the cam lobe is in very good condition and hard to tell it spent more than 131K miles.

    On going project of cleaning the engine….




    EGR valve cleaned.
    Didn’t want to disturb the spindle so only briefly cleaned around it and cleaned the port while opening the valve manually.
    The EGR tube and small chamber were also soaked in special cleaning solution and ready for the reassembly.

    You guessed it right…. I’m still cleaning the parts….
    I think I’m obsessed in cleaning the parts….
    Really hate peeling off the melted potting from the timing sensor.

    It’s just everywhere and there is no easy solution for this so you just need to keeping scraping it off by hand.

    Got bored so decided to work on the easy bits.
