As I’ll be using my engine to develop new service menu next year, from now on, I’ll call my existing TB/WP/Valve service as ‘Engine Refresh Service Stage 1’.
This service is designed for the owners who want to keep and look after their cars for many years as well as looking for the delicate touch and attention to the detail that are very rare with the ordinary services.

So, started to work on another NSX.
    Addition to the TB/WP/Valve service,

    Finally, the season has ended.
It’s already the end of November and just a short break for the Christmas, it all starts again in the new year.

What a long season it was….
Spoke with some of the boys and girls and they were all glad to be able to survive the long season.

For me, it was a kind of artificial race season as the tyre was designed to wear out at fast rate and to be successful, not only the driver has to manage the tyre

  3. NSX Health Check Thread – search support

So, carried out the test driving session to complete the mechanical service side.

CL Pedal feels much better even with just a few mm lowered at the switch.
Also, there is no more leakage from the slave cyl.

As same as the test driving session before start of the service, I didn’t encounter in any situations where I had to double clutch or difficulty in downshift only.
However, I still felt it was stiff in moving the shift lever especially

  5. SRS Warning Light 04

    by , 23-11-2011 at 10:35 PM (Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer)

Started to re-install the SRS controller back in the cabin.

The controller metal box acts as the case GND so you must make sure to
create good contact to the chassis frame.

Used sand paper to remove any surface film or contamination from
the existing mating surface and used Honda bond on the fixing bolts before
    the installation.

Once all the SRS related parts/connections were restored,
    connected
