  1. Wrong Coolant Hose

    Before the parts price went up, I placed an order to Japan for carrying out the coolant hose service on two NSX.


    Some of them were on back order and one of them was only delivered after the new data was inputted to the web parts system.


    The very hose was somehow superseded to LHD model so when I received the parts, I found that there is no way I can install it on the RHD car.

    It is best to keep the side scoop of the dash board removed so that you can make final adjustment to the dash board position until you are happy with the result.


    So, all the parts are now back in place.




    I just couldn’t stand the wind noise so decided to have a look at the weatherstrip.

    Dealing with the noise issue is a time consuming task.


    If you try to fix one issue, it may cause new one.

    Using the heater gun and ice cube to repair the heavily deformed left side A-pillar trim.


    Always remove the springs behind the trim and install them on the chassis first and then push in the trim.
