    There are several aftermarket A/C filter available from some of the NSX specialists.

    I normally just create DIY air filter using the cooker hood filter.


    It won’t prevent the pollen, fume or dust from entering the cabin but good enough to stop the leaves and large items passed through the meshed air scoop.



    Before starting this process, it is always a good idea to keep some spare clips ...

    When I first looked at the evaporator on this NSX, it looked not too bad for the age and the mileage of the car.


    Any way, nothing new or special so wore the protective gear and gave the shot of air gun as usual.


    Bad idea….


    There were 100’s of small pieces of leaves left at the bottom of the evaporator container. ...

    Took out the Front camber adjuster bolts to apply silicone grease before visiting the alignment platform.

    Unfortunately, both R & L Caster adjuster were seized so we’ll see how it goes during the alignment session.

    Slowly recovering from the flu like symptom so decided to focus on the easy bits before moving onto the interior noise issue that will be a big task.

    Painted the ‘NSX’ logo on the brake calliper in Very High Temperature (VHT) spec silver paint.


    Not easy to show the true colour with the digital camera and the effect of the flash.

    Back to the original story.



    After repeated back to back test of parts combination, the only thing remained on this NSX was the Type-S rear anti-roll bar for me.


    (Depending on the country spec and year model, your NSX may already have this thicker anti-roll bar from the factory.)


    Again, this is just my test result and as all we know, one setup doesn't cover everyone's target
